10.30PM roadworks along Punggol Drive

heyhey, I'm afraid it's worser of 2 evils, either do roadworks in the morning/rush hours; or at night. Also, can't expect the workers to work all day or at ungodly hours like starting from 1am where roads are really empty, but their sleeping hours are turned upside down? Gotta bear with it unless there's better option? I thought of late mornings but these roadworks can stretch for long hrs, maybe to peak hours?

roadworks along punggol drive has been going on for a few days. starts at 8am and ends by 5pm. being a quiet stretch, it does not really cause any trouble or traffic jams.

but to come at 10.30 to paint the road for 1.5hrs while they could say, do it from 9am to 10.30am???

somehow it makes sense to you folks, but it just didnt make sense to me.
