10.30PM roadworks along Punggol Drive

Did anyone noticed the roadwork along Punggol Drive last night? Workers were there to paint the arrows on the newly paved road.

But at 10.30pm? Huh?

You wouldn't want them to paint at 7am.

usually roadworks are done at night. Everywhere is the same.

TPE road widening also done at night.

roadworks are carried out during off peak hours and times when it causes minimal disturbances to residents.

hence, on expressways, works are c/o in the weehours and in residential areas, work stops at 5pm.

can you imagine your neighbours carrying out renovation work at 10.30pm?
