Queenstown, Redhill selling at $150,000 above valuation.

Old men estate? but price is 30X higher.

erm, u are stating the obvious rite.. properties near to town of course will have higher value mah... 

in any case, the fact that our flat prices is comparable to many flats in nearby matured estate is already something we should be glad about.. rem that these estates already have amenities that we're still lacking..

that's very true ... its a relative comparison and I feel we are doing quite good already ...
