taking families on holidays very very expensive. Australia $10K already for 2 adults 2 children.

Wow, that's a lot. Where did you go too? Why not try some budget airline to save?

not yet go. Looking at 10K I think it's a lot. Even Bintan only 3D2N already cost S$1500 family package + golf.

For those who do not mind driving, The Legend Water Chalet Hotel at Port Dickson is good. The main attraction is, most of the hotel units are built above the water. So in these units, there is a square glass panel on the floor. Kids will definitely be excited when they get to see the water in the comfort of their hotel room.

Food-wise, u may need to drive out to the main town to get the good deal, which is about 10 mins  drive away.
