You should be able to make arrangements there. Just be a bit careful. You can get really good bargains but make sure the buses belong to a respectable bus company. Wish I can help you more but I really cannot remember the bus company I took. Just that the buses are big and they don't cost an arm and a leg.

Me drive up before 2-3 times actually quite easy ones just go straight along North-South Highway and pay for the toll thats all but the tricky thing comes when you reach KL where the challenges comes as the traffic there can be quite terok and messy gotta be more "hiong" than S'pore driver. But if you staying near KLCC or Berjaya Times Sq there just take the bearing of the landmark and heads towards there wldn't go wrong.

Of course coach is still the better option lah you as the driver just relax on the Super VIP coach and not to worry a thing. If for really cheap ones there is a way but more troublesome which is you need to go across the Causeway to JB and from there this mall got alot of coach booths that sell coach tix to KL, Penang etc which the price is cheaper by half almost comparing buying at Golden Mile.

Shld you drive there i can advise you how and which hotel to stay. I got map of KL though winked
