Used to take a "NICE" bus from a Copthorne hotel somewhere near newton to KL , then change to another bus at the KL bus interchange... quite fast cause it took the 2nd causeway... but that was years ago... dont know if it has changed much now  Tongue

alternatively can take bus 170 all the way to larkin station, there is many coaches companies offering coach to KL at affordable prices like Rm4-Rm28 and takes about 5-6hr, almost every half an hour there will be coaches departure, if you wish to take those more comfortable one, they have timed departure. Above mentioned is the cheapest way to travel by coach to KL.

At Larkin, try to avoid touts, and the small companies. They can detect Singaporeans easily  Tongue

Go for the bigger companies. They have better coaches, and the prices are about the same.

Avoid First World hotel. The lobby looks impressive.. looks like 5-star hotel  thumbs up but the room sucks.
