This convenience store in the Mobil station along Jalan Bukit Merah saw an unusual customer come through its door at 1.15 pm today (Aug 2).

The driver, in his twenties, crashed his silver Mitsubishi after topping up at the station.

Passerby Joshua Khoo, who sent us these pictures via MMS, said he saw the driver's father arriving at the station in a taxi to meet his son.

"The driver looked pretty shaken up," Mr Khoo said.

No one was injured. Police are still investigating the accident.
