new car just bought one month can sell?

Hi, need some urgent advise here.
Friend's brother (taxi driver) just bought
a new Honda for one month but found that
driving point hv been deducted due to speeding(taxi!!!, i think nt too sure).
So driving license need to retake. What are the ways that can get rid of the new car?
Rent? Sell? 

Any advise?

If own family members, usually just continue the car loan instalment and subsequent car servicing. The 1st owner has to make a loss which in this case is the downpayment he had made.

Ya no other family member.
Now no license, end of this month taxi also cannot drive.
Think difficult to pay every month installment!!!
Tat why friend worry for his brother.

u can sell even one day after u collected your car. only main issue is how much loan to settle
