Advice on how to increase pick-up for cars

Can advise how to increase car's
pickup & bhp ?

I not getz but altis, however the mods are common for the cars.
VS = Voltage stabilizer. To help regulate the voltages, normally done together with extra grounding. Can range from $100-300 depanding on package/brand/model of VS and type of grounding.
CAI = Cold Air Intake. A pipe bringing cold air to the engine for better combustion, thus more power. Some people use branded air intake system and some DIY for about $50.

I not an expert so if I am wrong, someone else can help correct.
