yes, I can see all those wireless network from computer. But will I know which particular neighbour has tapped?
I think u got me wrong. The one u are seeing is ur neighbours' network. From here, u can double click any of them to tap into their network.

To view who is tapping u, u got to go to ur router's setting via internet browser.

thanks for all that info...at least now got better idea how it works,

i called up HDB yesterday n found out that the wireless they are talking about is not what we are talking abt that wireless... confusing rite?  Undecided

actually that wireless is cable ready for sctv, as the past yrs if you subscribe to sctv you have to get them to lay wires round your hse but now no need to be so 'lay che' they already lay for you, just need them to turn on and of course when you subscribe to it la...
