After much consideration I have decided to take up the challenge. So that I can achieve to lose another 5kg in the 1st quarter of the year. At least there is a goal to look forward.

I suggest we train our stamina individually. We meet once a week for the 5 km run. It is about 12 rounds x 400m. Any suggestion how to measure 400m as a gauge?

That's great Alaska! I'm hoping to tone up too. Hope this training will be able to spur me!

I run around my block, its about 1.6km, so Ill try to run 3 rounds each time.
