how many petrol kiosks will be built in Ulu Punggol by year 2121?

if not for those refineries in Tuas, we would be most likely paying double current fuel prices, which are already so so so high..

perhaps this area needs an esso station though i would like it to be near the temple where nobody lives. haha.
