I managed to take down two numbers of those private buses that go to Shenton Way either from Punggol or Sengkang. I dont know who to look for but these are handphone numbers that are pasted on the front of the bus so I guess it will be the driver himself.  Hope it is useful!

Punggol - Shenton Way (this bus is the bigger one) - 96261191
Sengkang-Shenton Way(smaller bus; I saw this bus in Punggol so it may ply by Punggol) - 97843831
