Situated next to Sam Kee LRT, in front of Punggol Safra is a plot of land to be developed into a 5/6 Storey Civic and Community Development Hub.

The Hub will have :

1. Community Club
2. Regional Library
3. HDB Branch office
4. Hawker Centre
5. Department of Child Development
6. Kidney Dialysis Centre
7. Child Care, Senior Care Centre.
