Dear all,
Come join us to understand more about the brain this December holiday! The Clinical Brain Lab, Psychology, Nanyang Technological University, is conducting a study to understand dyslexia better through looking at brain functions. The study has been approved by both NUS and NTU ethics board.
We are currently inviting children between 7 to 10 years old with or without dyslexia to take part in this research in December 2015.
There are two phases involved in the study. The first phase will include a behavioural session that will take approximately 2 hours and can be conducted at a location of convenience to you. The second phase will involve a brain scan in a MRI scanner and will be conducted at the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (Near Kent Ridge MRT). The second phase takes approximately 3 hours. A token sum of $10 and $50 for the 1st and 2nd phases of the study, respectively, will be provided.
