Cos i was like this before

and now i am like this just after 6 months!!!
So i really felt like teaching people how to live healthier and make it lean.

Cos seriously i have experienced something so magically effective
and would like to share with all about how we could be HEALTHIER and
what's the reasons and causes that make 1 Singaporean out of every 3
got stalked by cancer related death.

I am only 36 years old and wouldn't wanna know or spend all my hard earned money
during my young days and end up spending all of them on hospitals, doctors, medicines,etc...

So what makes me so sure? Well, i could always arrange weekly talks about such
for all and i believe everyone of us are concern about our health right ?
