Are you all trying to conduct courses/talks/classes in the RC?

To my understanding as follows:

1st step: Register with PA first (this includes: trip to PA headquarter in Kallang for interview, submit all the relevant documents, etc)
2nd step: Once you obtained the contract with PA for 3 years. Use this contract to approach any RC or CC islandwide to conduct courses.
