Hi all...
have also another problem.. she would not fall asleep on her own in the cot, we must always rock her to sleep in our arms... think we have spoilt her?

hmmm.. we are bring her home tomorrow nite... hope she would get more used to the environment.
wish me luck!! Wink

The rocking is a bad habit lah.  But it takes a lot of effort to train them to sleep on their own without rocking, pacifier, swinging, etc etc. I started training at 4 months, since then I can just leave my daughter in bed eyes wide open and she'll go to sleep on her own in less than 10 minutes.  Gotta warn you that if you want to train them to fall asleep on their own it involves letting them cry!! So .. since you see your darling only on weekends, and probably can't bear to hear so much crying .. I think you have no choice but to rock her! Smiley Smiley Hope your kiddy gets used to your home environment .. Smiley

Once you start something, your baby will get uses to it.My 2 boys have never had any pacifier or swing or rocking since their 1st day. They have no preference. It's always people around you that tell you:::you need to do this,do that.
Remember, the baby is your precious one, just give all your love. Wink Wink

ya right. love them and spend quality time with them  Cheesy and when they grow older, there will be less of those 'rebellious', 'problematic' teenagers.  Undecided
