HI,

the oils that are used during the massage are essential oils diluted in a natural based  sweet almond oil. therefore each of them has its healing properties not just for the purpose of preventing friction during massage. 2 hrs is the average time spent of the oils get fully absorbed into the skin in order to perform its properties. then you can get the full effectiveness of the oils . generally those that i have massaged felt relaxed and light thereafter.  its a good thing that when you reach hme that you  replenish with  drinnking lots of water, have a good rest or nap as your body is recharging.  this is how your body is telling you it needs a rest and will be revitalised after that.

sweet almond oil: beneficial  for all skin types especially dry skin and helps relieve itching, soreness and dryness. It is reported to be soothing, healing, lubricating, softening, revitalizing and nourishing.  Good for sensitive or irritated skin.    This oil is a very pale yellow with a slight nutty odor.
It is an excellent skin lubricant and contains olein glyceride linoleic acid.  It is rich in minerals, vitamins( A, B1,B2, B6, E ) and proteins. It can also prevent stretch marks when used long term.

essential oils will depend on the selection, when you come for the massage, i will inform you what the selected ones are specifically for.
