Hi applyjuice, that is my impression as well when i went down personally.

The lady teacher is not able to brief me what are the different programs available. Eg, i ask what is the different between the toddler and starter class. She will tell me toddler class is for 2 years to 3 years, starter for 2 years  but no parents accompany etc.

When i ask her what is the program for toodler class like. She will say English lesson, chinese lesson etc.

If a teacher can't express herself, how to engage student??

the problem seems lie on the attitude of the service lady not the programmes.

My girl just started her lesson recently. The classroom is clean and teacher-to-student ratio is very low which i like.

See how things go.  clapping
