some agencies also full of bull-shit. They will inform us that the maid can eat anything, never declare whether the maid is halal or not.

Ya. Bios are bull shit cos the maids are forced to agree to every thing during their interview in Jakarta. Its best to interview them in person or thru phone when you have not decided who to employ.

..agreed. And it is also helpful if you can get a malay friend along, cos agency staff will converse with the maid in indon malay. I happened to understand a bit of it and once caught the staff telling the maid the answers to those questions we have asked her.
