You ask the agent to bring the maid home and see if she wants.  We definitely want someone who is healthy to stay in our household.  Unless after a certain time, she develops an illness, then it'll be the employer's responsibility.  I suggest you tell her that if she refuses to change, you will report to MOM.  That will not be good for the agency's reputation.
