he's a bankrupt rite? if he sues and loses, he wont be able to pay anything? if he sues and wins, he doesnt need to pay the court fees and may even get compensation rite?

kinda like a gamble without having to pay?

whatever the case is, i do pity the employees who have to go so many months without CPF contributions and payment. shudn't CPF Board had taken action? the penalties for late CPF contribution wud had escalated and therefore shud had raised some eyebrows earlier?

They are free to say whatever they want. But Hijrah must remember  that their core business is education. I think the ones affected most by the Hijrah saga is none other that its students. How are its students progressing in the midst of all these events?

Yes i pity the kids especially my son. His 3 yrs there wasted. Hais...he has a lot of catching up to do now that he is in PCF...
