Recently, I met up with a
friend who had just been through a body check up and he was very
surprised that his blood pressure was unusually high for that check up
and he does not has any history of high blood pressure all along.
 
Right now he was told by the nurse to monitor his blood pressure. This
article talks about a natural way to help reduce the blood pressure;
