Do you know how MCYS issue licence to child care center?  It is based on performance, feedback and complaint.  Licence are issue by 24 months, 12 months and 6 months.  They are categorize as follows :

24mths licence duration are centers whom had meet the requirements and guidelines
12mths licence duration are centers whom had meet certain requirements and guidelines
6mths licence duration are centers whom did not meet the requirements and guidelines or others factors
