My 9months old son cant take long nap in the afternoon. I realised that the longest duration was 1 hr and shortest was 30 mins for 1 entire day. But he does sleeps thru the nite from 9plus to 6plus am. Is it normal? Will it affect his development? Huh?

usually bb would take a nap 2 times a day..
late morning and late afternoon..
nap ard 30mins to 2 hrs..

my gal used to sleep very little too..
prefer play over sleep.. tried few methods..
they would usually dozes off after milk.. so i fed her ard 10+ she would zzz for ard 1-2hrs and up for her porridge feeds.
massage is good too... sing songs to them, let them know everytime they hear tat same song, it means zzz time.

i agree, espcially if you are still breastfeeding. for me, she still wakes up at least twice to ask for milk.. Undecided

if shes not cranky during the day , takes her nap and is alert towards you.. then you dont have to worry.  winked
