you can try in Punggol, all RCs have offered such programmes for toddlers, so far I know only Appletree, Tots House. Visit the RCs nearest to your block, start calling to register early, seems the vacancy is limited. There are other playgroups too in other areas. Sorry not so familiar.

hi baby luna, u can try punggol rc at block 164. a new program called 'wunderkind' for 18mths to 4 yr old. the malay teacher seems patient with the little one walking them looking and enjoying the garden just outside the block.

Hi, my son is in wunderkind.   He seems happier and learned something compare to the childcare we put him into previously.   Sud try.   But i think they don't take in too many kids.
