Hi all,

I regularly run financial literacy workshops teaching students and young people the concept of money. I coach them the basics of financial accounting, importance of savings, stock investment, Singapore Savings Bonds, credit cards etc. I also highlights to youths on how to avoiding potential pitfalls in the future, such as paying way too much for insurance coverage when they don’t need it.

Interesting discussions range from
– what is the highest return of investment (ROI) part-time job a student can work for?
– how much does a GrabFood employee make?
– how long do I need to become a millionaire?
– 100 ways to make $1,000

In fact, in cases where students are more mature in their thinking, topics can range from CPF, costs involved in buying a home to even retirement!
Lessons are simplified, fun and easy to understand.
Suitable for ages between 15 to 19.
Advanced lessons, such as attaining financial independence, investment evaluations, scam avoidances etc. are also available for young adults and adults alike.

Past workshops include:

-Central Provident Fund (CPF)
-Financial Independent Retire Early (FIRE)
-Insurance
-Saving Money
-The 3Ms: MediSave, MediShield and MediFund
and more

Actual workshop content and duration will vary according to the pace and needs of the participants.

Charges @ 50/hr and can be fully customized to the needs of parents/students.
For needy students, Ingel offers free financial literacy courses.
