Dilemma - Shd I place Baby on Walker?

I put my daughter on a walker when she's just 6mth. I continue to monitor her improvement throughout. Then whenever she's ready i let her walk by herself by holding on to furnitures around the house. I keep a lookout in case she fall. Now she can walk on her own around the house. its all depend on your child. Some children are faster walker while some are not.

I don't understand why mine like to play with the cables, home telephone, and even the fan. I'm always worried even when she get close to this things. Very dangerous.
