yup yup, I understand that Supplement is on top priority in our meals.

What I mean is that 2 glasses of milk everyday is enough for aging group. Not to extend drink 3 or more glasses of milk. This will cause oeso......(what the heck spelling).

It is suppose to be a myth. My 2 nephews were teething quite recently and were a little cranky and so I did some reading in the internet which says that it is a myth. But then, one of my nephews has fever that goes up and down.
