its a fact... however, it does not apply to all babies... when babies are teethin, they tend to bite on anything and everything... so sometimes, it will cause gum infection... which will lead to fever...

Heh heh, I don't drink milk as milk leads to osteoporosis. I know that most of you will go "What?" It's true, but to bad, advertisement and government shows us otherwise. Give me some time. Will find the link and post it here soon.

I take organic supplements, say molasses, flax seed oil, spirulina, stuff like that. This are REAL good stuff, hehe.

As promised, here are some studies that shows milk leads to osteoporosis ..

If you have adequate intake of calcium frm fruits and vegetables daily, there is not a need for you to take supplements.

But the question is, how much can our body absorb for whatever that we consume?

One thing for sure: we won't deprive of nutrients as people tend to overeat that it's leading to more problems, than lacking of nutrients.

Conclusion: Get your vitamins from food, not supplements, especially the antioxidants. We know our body the best, so take charge of your body, not doctors.
