Wht is ur Bb sample menu? Porridge? U can start giving rice, Marconi in tomato puree, mee suay, grill fish, chicken bits,Miso steam fish, Miso soup with sea weed, fry egg etc.. 12months old Baby can eat lots of things. But do keep seasonings to the minimum.

For me I also keep chocolate, peanuts and seafood away from my son. He is currently 13months old.

Ya, my BB takes porridge now together with formula milk, etc and likes bb biscuits too.
