Anyone can comment on the student care centre in Horizon Pri?

I am forfeiting my child's chance of enrolling in Mee Toh for Horizon Pri because of the in house student care facility. Anyone can comment whether it is good? Am I making the right choice? Thks.

what i know is that there is certain criteria for the agency to admit students into student care. the agency will review with school management to decide on the eligibility.
