Window face SouthWest

Am comtemplating on purchasing a flat at 109x which window face SouthWest.  It's nice and windy now but not sure whether the flat will be warm at year end when the wind direction changes - particularly where all the windows in the house are located at SouthWest.  Anyone has flat with SouthWest window, care to share?

Generally you'll get 6 months of breeze from the SW and 6 months from the NE.

It's better to get a North/South facing apartment; it's not so hot because you don't get the morning and afternoon sun.

Also avoid the top floor.
