heard from some 'pungkang' kakis that nothing can be built on reclaimed land for 30 years?

wah!  if they build a park over the reclaim land...  the view would be priceless!!!

Really meh....these Pungkangrians who are staying in front of Oasis LRT  will enjoy block-free view? Hmmm.....so this mean our Pungkang will still very ulu-ulu in 20-30 years time.
