n i think the view is going to be there for atleast the next 20 - 30 years coz it's reclaimed land...?

heard from some 'pungkang' kakis that nothing can be built on reclaimed land for 30 years?

wah!  if they build a park over the reclaim land...  the view would be priceless!!!
