I only know that if flat is next to highway, the road noise will be loud.
Not sure how true but friends told me noise travel up no matter how high you stay.
And moreover highway has higher traffic flow almost at every hour.
Not sure will it affect the flat price. Good luck anyway and welcome to PunkGoLo....

I live at block 204...for me..its not the noise...the noise is till bearable besides from the occasional motocyclist who think they are on a racing track but other than that, its actually ok...its just that the house gets kinda dusty quite quickly....

That's because on the TPE, vehicles travel on average speed of between 90-110km/kr so the dust will travel into your house.
But closing the windows blocks out the wind as well.
I guess just have to be prepared to mop the floor more often as the noise from the TPE is nothing compared to the aircrafts.
Soon everyone will be immune to all sorts of noise.
