Friend, everything you list has to be paid when you go out too, and more!! There is,

  • rent
  • salaries
  • CPF
  • insurance

and so on that has to be paid when you go out too. You don't need to pay for that when you eat at home.

The reason it can be cheaper outside, sometimes, is due to "economy of scale".  Smiley

yoh bro i think you misunderstood me
i meant we pay for the food price and we get what we want
if we cook ourself we should add the spending on other things like power/gas etc etc
to the ingredients we bought too;p

Depends on the number of people you have at home lor... For me only my wife and I... then stupid NTUC sell things so big portion... sure waste if cook at home... might as well eat outside lah...

To all,it's just a discussion.
Even if you eat out,it will depend on where you eat,I only know that eating out is more convenience.Of course it will cost you more if you were to include all incidental cost like transport,etc,etc.
The utensil in Punggol plaza(Kou Fu) is always not clean.
