It is evident that every corner of Matilda House was well preserved.

The side staircase was also renovated into it's original design / condition  with the used of pre-cast balustrades and elaborated concrete handrails.

A semi-circular shallow pool was added below a protruding balcony for added beauty, charm, a place for relaxation for a beer or two..
