After the concreting of reinforced concrete beams, the floor slabs, the next stage was the laying of new brick-walls. Brick-walls for internal partitioning and brick-walls for the building facades.

New structure wall facades for Matilda House. Note all vertical ' studs ', ' base plates ' and ' top plates ' are all secured using metal sections design to fit for rigidity and strength.

The next stage of Construction / Restoration :
Lifting of prefabricated Main Roof Truss and putting in place.
Note the engineering design and type of steel brackets used for anchoring roof truss joints.
