On TV detective shows, the detectors work like magic, beeping, each time coming across a room with hidden cameras, attached to surroundings.

As reported, across the Causeway, sales of these camera detection devices, also known as sweepers or bug detectors, have recently shot up after the then Malaysian Health chief was secretly filmed.

In Singapore these counter-spying gizmos cost between $60 to $200 are available at stores in Sim Lim Square.  Smiley Times are bad and slightly mentally retarded people are many. It is always wise to be cautious when moving around in shopping centres. Who knows.............. Tongue Tongue
