resale flat prices

so whats the average selling for a unit that's five years old in our neighbourhood,as my in laws were thinking to move into our area and they are not eligible to purchase a new flat direct from HDB again...looking at 4-room flat

there's only 1 transaction for 4 room flat in the last 4 months..

there's more transactions for 5 room flats.. i think at the current resale prices, 5 room flats are more worthwhile
