If you are looking for a map for the punggol waterway, the best map is on URA website.

http://www.ura.gov.sg/mp08/map.jsf?goToRegion=SIN

Key in "Sentul Crescent" in the Street Name box, and click on go. Then, click on the magnifying glass icon with - sign, to zoom out, to view a larger area.

For Legend for what the colours and labels mean, look for the icon named legend. Or go to http://www.ura.gov.sg/MP2008/ims/legend.html

------------------
For satellite imagery, you can look up Google Earth. The imagery appears to be around 1+ years old, when the waterway was under construction. You can see the outline of the waterway,

------------------
streetdirectory.com does not have updated map of the waterway at this time.

Pasir Ris Punggol Town Council is distributing a map of the GRC. The waterway is shown. It is a beautiful map, copyright Mighty Minds Publishing Pte Ltd.

The shape of the waterway is a bit off, and features such as the water playground, and the various pedestrian bridges are not shown. However, it is a good reference even with these shortcomings.
