hi all...
be very careful when your coin got stuck at the kids toys dispense machine
at the top floor of punggol plaza
you may claim the refund from the security guard
already i have 5 friends who says the guard will ask for their name
and told them that they will refund when the operator arrive
this is not the case ..upon cofronting them
i found out that the names are indicated on the refund book
and under i/c .it says student
the guards thus pocketed the money
there is no way you can contact the management
cos its not listed
and the email given punnolp@singnet.com.sg
will never be acknowledge

those guards are useless
even when you complain to them about
inconsiderate illegal parking in the carpark
they just heck care
