This could be one of the safest and scenic PCN.  

You can cycle the shortest route to the Eastern part - like Changi Beach (Changi Village),
via the newly built bridge that links Punggol to Pasir Ris,  and over Sungei Serangoon.

The journey is mostly along Pasir Ris farmway, see fish farms.  No heavy traffic.

At Changi Beach  can see, overhead and closeup,  airlines landing on Changi airport runway !    clapping

I hope the contractors would rush up the completion of this PCN.  Work has
been progressing well but lately only a handful of workers are seen
finishing this project.   There is no sense of urgency Sad

Er.....How to ride over to Pasir Ris?? Is the bridge connecting both end ready? Or do you mean we can use the bridge that link up the wetland to pasir ris?
