Please advised what to do now?

Hi,

my friend is working in a big organisation and due to change in managing agent, her probation was extended to one more month until next month so that the new managing agent can confirmed her employment next month?

Now my friend is wondering should she stayed at the present company to continue to work until she is confirmed or to find a new job soon since her probation is extended to next month?


Can anyone please advised me or my friend on this issues?
