NPC Van infront of the RC Centre Blk 126D

Hi,

Notice that the NPC Van had been there for quite a while since last week, anyone had any idea why they placed a NPC Van infront of the RC Centre Blk 126? It is due to the car vandalise incident at Blk 131? Huh?

sometimes i just it hard to understand people... when there is police, people also ask why police is there... then when police not there, people will complain why police not there... so contradicting...

Maybe is the meet the MP session or Police community liaison officer meeting up with RC members to discuss about neighborhood issue.
