i just heard that the town centre would be situated near the mrt. i'm guessing town centre means shops, eateries, cinemas... if there's a mall there, it might be called punggol point? relative to compass point? if under same management.
just guessing.
i saw a new construction near the damai lrt station (or whichever's the unopened one near punggol station), but can't see the sign board from up there.
i'm curious because i saw in the estate map that we got from hdb that they are planning a library and sports centre around that area... so if anyone passes by there, take a peek at the signboard for us, and let us know what they're building there. i hope it's not some temporary construction office.
