Not many customers in Punggol perharps. They should wait another 3 yrs or may be 2121 to see Punggol 21 STAR PLUS.

agree... and i'm sure i'm not the only person that agree. even ppl i've spoken to abt this issue agree that he's just all out to earn fast bucks (from the high rental now) without planning for the welfare of tenants or residents...

I saw one baby was having aromatheraphy swimming today when happened to buy milk tea.

How come there is no curtain something like that to cover?
