Khoon Teck Puat Hospital

Just to highlight to everyone,
i went Khoon teck Puat on sunday because my daugther hurt so badly inside her ear. she cannot really open her mouth. it's a sunday afternoon at my mum's house in yishun and the clinic had closed for the day so i have no idea where to go, i decided to go Khoon Teck Puat..... and to my surprise, i have to pay $85.00 before i see the doctor. and i ask the counter lady, what is this payment for ? she reply for see doctor and the standard medicine. well no choice already there.. so i decided to see lol.... after the doctor see my daugther, i go to the counter to collect medicine, i have to pay another $30.00, so i ask why? the nurse say, "Oh the medicine the doctor give you is not standard medicine" ......the doctor give her anti-biotic nd 1 ear drop.

i felt so piss, a government hospital is charging higher then a pte hospital....and how the classify as standard medicine?
so if you guy are sick out there ... better find the right place to go... Mount Alvenia is a good place, the price is afforable and the staff is so good. Mount A midnight charges is not higher that Khoon Teck Puat day charges..... anyway just like to share with everyone.....
